I Wonder
by Nancy Feinthel, Guest Blogger
I wonder . . .
What would happen if we took a holiday from the news for a day, a week, a month, perhaps even an entire year or more?
Could we instead look at the world through our own lenses, our vision limitless?
Could we maintain a feeling of bliss, open-minded, open-hearted, and open to new possibilities?
Could we rediscover how wonderful this world we live in really is?
Yes, we must acknowledge that this is a time of great challenge, but . . .
I wonder . . .
Could we transform this challenge into a time for new opportunities and new optimism?
Could we step back, rethink our priorities, determine what is truly important in our lives, and find the courage to make significant changes?
Could we fully realize the awesome power of our interconnectedness, put our intention together, use the creative energy of our thoughts and words, and together re-envision this wonderful world?
I wonder . . .
Can you imagine a world where compassion, tolerance, trust and forgiveness are first and foremost in all our encounters and relationships?
Can you imagine a world where wisdom and peace prevail?
Can you imagine a world where health and well-being for all are realistic expectations?
I invite you to close your eyes, relax, breathe, turn inward, and take a few moments to reflect, to dream, to imagine, to wonder . . .

Beautifully said, Nancy! This is a time for dreaming, recognizing that we do have choices for how we live our lives and where we put our energy. Thanks for sharing this thoughtful reflection on Wonder!
