What inspired you to start your blog?
Writing has become a passion of mine of late and is definitely my self therapy. I knew I had a message, but I wasn’t completely sure the purpose of a full-fledged website, so starting with a blog was a good way to inexpensively expose others to my message while I found the ultimate purpose of Modern B*a*g Ladies. I am working on my website now.

What is your mission?

We spread our new found joy, shred our own and others fears and just have fun. We are real! We are not “yes ladies”! We are “OH YES!” ladies and it feels great!

Today MBAGL fuels your Believe Act Go Traveling Sanctuary with periodic emails, speaking and workshops. Sometimes with thoughts to ponder, other times we challenge you to act and we absolutely provide some get real, fun information. Our future is only limited to the dreams we can dream. So get ready for the ride because we can have some pretty outrageous dreams sometimes.

What is your favorite part of your venture?
When I see other women’s eyes light up as they discover their own “OH YES” moments and meeting many amazing women as I start to extend myself to the world.

What attracted you to Empoword?
My personal trainer recommended them. I rely on my intuition and as soon as I went to Empoword’s website I knew they had a simple compelling message that had synergies with my mission. When I met Wendy and Stephanie, I discovered that they were everything and more.

Tell us what your favorite Empoword word is and why?
Giggle!! I am a closet Carol Burnett and I like to imagine that I am brilliant and funny as her. I am a total goof and this is how I connect with women, share my message and meet them where they are at.
