We hear it all the time. Easy to say. Not always easy to do.
Doing what we love is invigorating. Pursing our passions is energizing. Following our bliss is intoxicating. It sounds like something grand and romantic, doesn’t it? Perhaps that is why it is so hard to do – it feels too grandiose, epic and unattainable.
Do what you love, doesn’t mean you have to quit your job. It can mean finding time to grab coffee with a new friend or leisurely reading a favorite magazine or enjoying cooking dinner with the kids.
Love is the Empoword Word of the Month. Use this month’s word as a reminder to make time – an hour here or there – to seek out the activities and people that you love most.
