    Fabulous

It is a mind set, an attitude, a reminder to reach higher and go farther. It is a bold statement that some can’t handle, but definitely gets attention. When I tell people I am fabulous, they are skeptical and maybe even jealous. But I am, and so are you. Relish in your own fabulousness!

Abundance. Observing the abundance in our everyday life is healing. Today, there is abundant blue sky and it smells like spring.

I know this is going to be tough to fit into the empoword approach, but your post this month made me think of it. In Dune, the first book, there is a description of the creed of the Bene Gesserit, the “sisters” who have a special function in the life of the planet. Their creed starts with the idea that you must face your greatest fear, that fear is the killer… Maybe do an empoword on Fear with an X through it?

We received this email from Tracy:

How about Grow, Change or Evolve? What I think is missing is a word to represent the natural movement of life! How we change from moment to moment. Move? Flow?

Words that I feel say something to me are: Inspire, Believe and Passion. I also love the thoughts of some of the other respondents about growth, change, evolve, flow as these truly are about the natural ebb and flow of life.

I have discovered the simple joy of the word linger. Without taking some time for ourselves, we lose ourselves in the process of caring for everyone else.
