Explorer Ann Bancroft created the Ann Bancroft Foundation to support girls and women realize their highest dreams and potential.
The Foundation focuses on possibilities, encouragement, and exploration of individual potential. The Dare to Dream Micro Grants is the foundation’s signature program. Its goal is to help underserved girls take positive steps towards reaching their goals and dreams, and ultimately their highest potential.
This month, the Foundation’s 13th Annual Dream Maker Awards event will be held April 29th at the Hyatt Hotel in Minneapolis.
