Remember in Field of Dreams when Kevin Costner’s character hears that voice: “If you build it, he will come.”? As we all know, Costner, or rather his character Ray, builds the baseball field and out come the ballplayers, and with them plenty of magical moments and dreams come to life.
“If you build it, they will come” has become one of those modern day mantras about taking risks, believing in yourself and realizing dreams. It is a great mantra. Very empowered!
But before you “build it”, you have to decide what it is you want to build. That takes imagination. Dreaming. Thinking outside the box. Seeing possibilities.
