Got a Second: Breathe
What would happen if you started doing just one of the following:
- Took a deep breathe after turning off your alarm clock.
- Took two deep breathes in the shower.
- Took a breathe every time you turned on your cell phone.
- Remembered to breathe when you are stuck in traffic.
- Took a cleansing breathe, when you sign-in to your email.
- Just breathed as you waited in line.
